This zipped folder contains:
1) LTT plots: The folder includes all the data to plot the lineages-through-time for each group.
2) MBD results: The folder contains subfolders for each group analyzed with the Multivariate Birth-Death model.
3) MBD plots: The folder includes all the data to plot the results obtained from the MBD model.
4) RTT plots: The folder includes all the data to plot the rates through time obtained from the BDCS model.
Please, check the ReadMe.txt file to check the data and reproduce the analyses.
