The China Deforestation and Wood Product Carbon Emissions Dataset (TED-LEAF) is a subset of the Terrestrial Ecosystem Disturbance (TED) Dataset, covering the locations and extents of deforestation as well as estimates of post-harvest carbon dynamics. The locations and scales of deforestation are identified by detecting spatiotemporal variations in multiple vegetation indices and combining deforestation statistical data. On this basis, combined with national wood product statistics, the proportions of harvested carbon allocated to different product pools are estimated. The TED-LEAF dataset has a spatial resolution of 30 m, with a data unit of g C/m², and is stored in TIFF format.
