Harmonic Architecture of the Discrete Lattice: Invariants, Resonance Anchors, and Informational Precedence

Abstract This paper presents a formal architectural framework uniting fundamental physical constants, discrete hexagonal lattice topology, and non-local informational fields. By establishing mathematical invariants—specifically the Mod 9 invariant, the 5184 frequency threshold (72^2), and the 3I pulse sequence (8-13-8-5-13-8)—we demonstrate that complex systemic stability cannot be reduced to blind stochastic processes. Instead, the data supports an intentional, bounded informational matrix regulated by structural resonance and intentional agency.
