Online video piracy penetration rate in selected countries in Latin America 2021

In the second quarter of 2021, approximately 48 percent of households with access to the internet in Ecuador consumed pirated online videos. Colombia followed with a share of 45 percent. In Argentina, Mexico, and Uruguay, the figure stood at 34 percent. In the following quarter, Nicaragua, Honduras, and the Dominican Republic were the Latin American countries with the highest pay TV piracy rates.
