Interspecies expression profiling of bovine and porcine primary granulosa cells treated by recombinant human BMP15.

The objective of this study was to analyze the effect of recombinant human BMP15 treatment in ovarian primary granulosa cells from poly-ovulatory porcine and mono-ovulatory bovine species. The transcriptional profile of BMP15-treated granulosa cells versus control cells was analyzed by RNA sequencing technology.
