NRS-17752 | Public Relations and Amenities Committee working papers [Sydney Opera House Trust]

This series consists of files containing working papers and copies of minutes and agenda from the Sydney Opera House Trust Public Relations and Amenities committee. The Public Relations and Amenities Committee replaced the existing Public Relations Committee in January 1976.The role of the committee was consider and report to the Trust ways of maintaining and improving the public image of the Sydney Opera House, to recommend policies regarding the preparation, publication and distribution of publicity material and the organisation of tours of the House. The committee was also involved in investigating and reporting on amenities and any modifications, furnishings and decorations needed in public areas of the House.The working papers include correspondence, financial papers, reports and submissions that relate to and support the items discussed at each meeting. Copies of minutes and agenda from the meetings accompany the working papers. The minutes give the date, time and place of the meeting, list who from the committee was present and outline the business arising for that meeting and document any decisions made by the committee.
