Phyto-PAM-Fluorescence data: Effect of water-accommodated fraction (WAF) and water-soluble fraction (WSF) on phytoplankton’s photosynthetic performance and their relative abundance

Phytoplankton alters their photosynthetic ability and their abundance to changing environmental conditions. These alterations were monitored by Phyto-PAM (Pulse Amplitude Modulated) fluorometer in this dataset and contain the data on alpha (light-harvesting ability), relative electron transport rates (rETRmax), relative abundance (Fo), and Fv/Fm (maximum quantum yield) respectively.
