The RNA-seq of Lilium 'Sorbonne' response to Botrytis Elliptica infection

We used transcriptomics across the Lilium oriental hybrid Sorbonne, it distinguished by a high sales volume of sales and strong resistance to grey mold , with the goal of identifying the major metabolic pathways that operate in Lilium after infecting it with B. elliptica and to define a plausible transcriptional regulatory mechanism for that response. RNA-sequencing (RNA-Seq) was used to profile genome-wide gene expression and transcriptome changes in leaves after inoculation with B. elliptica, this based on the samples of CK_6 h, CK_24 h, CK_48 h and AI_6 h, AI_24 h, AI_48 h.
