Succession of oral microbiota community as a tool to estimate postmortem interval. mus musculus

This study aimed to investigate the correlation of oral microbes with PMI in mouse models. It is expected to find species which are significantly correlated with PMI at different biological classification levels and establish a simple linear regression model that can help to estimate PMI more accurately.
