To determine the effect of Ceftolozane/tazobactam antibiotic treatment on the Pseudomonas aeruginosa cystic fibrosis isolate CW41 which is a hypermutator strain. Hypermutator strains can rapidly develop resistance to a range of antibiotics via an increased rate of mutation of the genome.
