This record contains two 10x Genomics Loupe Browser files derived from Visium HD spatial-transcriptomic experiments on human lung and colon cancer tissues. Raw FASTQs were processed with Space Ranger count (16 threads, 128 GB RAM) against the GRCh38-2024-A reference and Xenium Prime 5 K probe-set. Detailed commands are provided in the accompanying Bash scripts. Files can be browsed interactively with Loupe Browser ≥ 9.0.
