Single Nucleus RNA sequencing of the developing wings of Heliconius butterflies.

Time series single nucleus RNAseq experiment on Heliconius sp, developing wings. Samples were collected by Ling Sheng Loh, Feb-May 2022 at the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute in Gamboa Panama. Times are expressed as a percentage of total pupal developmental time, and each individual was allowed to pupate at 28 C, 80% relative humidity, with a 12:12 light cycle.
