This data repository contains processed data required to run HESpotEx analysis pipeline:1. The Xenium colorectal cancer dataset (processed from https://www.10xgenomics.com/products/visium-hd-spatial-gene-expression/dataset-human-crc).2. The Human cancerous and healthy colon tissues ST datasets (processed from https://huggingface.co/datasets/MahmoodLab/hest).
