Histone Top-Down Proteomics Demo data for TDVis

The demo data for TDVis, a visualization tool for targeted analysis of top-down proteomics data with liquid chromatography dimension. The zip file each contains the result folder of two mouse brain histone LCMS data files (MZ20160222DS_histone48_html, MZ20160222DS_histone49_html). Please unzip the files and load the parent path in TDVis to view. The raw data were from a published study: J. Proteome Res. 2017, 16, 2, 599–608 The raw data were processed with TDPipe, using the TopPIC Suite workflow. TDVis and TDPipe are part of the TDEase package (https://github.com/Elcherneske/TDEase).
