Dyskerin impairment in zebrafish

One of the most important post-transcriptional modification of RNA molecules in eukaryotic cells is pseudouridylation catalyzed by the multifunctional dyskerin enzyme. Interestingly, despite its abundance and importance, we still know very little about the role of this modification during cell function. This transcriptomic dataset contains three biological replicates from 36 hpf dyskerin loss-of-function homozygous zebrafish embryos and their siblings.
