Astrocytic yin yang 1 (YY1) is critical for murine brain development and protection against apoptosis, oxidative stress and inflammation

Identifying alterations in gene expression and biological pathways within three brain regions of astrocyte-specific YY1 conditional knockout mice mRNA of the cortex, midbrain, and cerebellum from adult males and females of YY1-floxed and astrocyte-specific conditional knockout mice were analyzed by RNA sequencing of 7 biological replicates using an Illumina NovaSeq 6000本研究旨在鉴定星形胶质细胞特异性YY1条件性敲除小鼠三个脑区内的基因表达与生物通路改变。实验采集了成年雌雄YY1 floxed（YY1-floxed）小鼠与星形胶质细胞特异性YY1条件性敲除小鼠的皮层、中脑及小脑组织的mRNA，采用Illumina NovaSeq 6000测序平台对7个生物学重复样本进行RNA测序（RNA sequencing）分析。
