Dataset - Interactive vibrotactile feedback enhances the perceived quality of a surface for musical expression and the playing experience

This dataset comprises the logged data generated by the participants in the experiment, their evaluation of the setup, and a script in the R language for statistical analysis, as described in the companion manuscript. The data were collected in September/October 2019 in an experiment measuring the perceived quality and playing experience of the HSoundplane, a digital musical interface offering auditory and vibrotactile feedback. The participants were 29 students of keyboard instruments in professional training.
