3D Quant FELS and 2D Quant FELS

This dataset contains digital twin models of Frogeye Leaf Spot (FELS) on soybean leaflets paired between JPEG images and point clouds (PLY ASCII) as well as .csv files and custom R code. Image types used included are JPEG for the 2D images and OBJ wave format files for 3D that lead to the creation of 3D point clouds in PLY ASCII file format. The .csv files contain Frogeye Leaf Spot severity percentages derived from each image and track the image parings (2D – 3D).
