A Multi-Modal Physiological and Behavioral Dataset Collected During Music-Based Interventions in Individuals with ADRD

This dataset provides multi-modal physiological and behavioral recordings collected during music-based intervention sessions in individuals with Alzheimer\u2019s disease and related dementias (ADRD). The dataset includes photoplethysmography (PPG), electrodermal activity (EDA), session-level metadata, music playlists, and structured behavioral observation notes. Data were collected in a long-term nursing home using wearable sensors with people with ADRD during repeated baseline, music, and recovery phases. This openly released pilot dataset is intended to support research on autonomic responses to music-based interventions and the development of adaptive, physiology-informed approaches for dementia care.
