Comparative study of the exosomal miRNA profiles of healthy controls (M1) as compared to HCV patients with cirrhosis (M3) and HCV patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (M4) as well as between the two stages of the disease.. Homo sapiens

Exosomes were isolated from serum samples of healthy volunteers, HCV-cirrhosis or HCV-HCC patients. Small RNA was isolated from these exosomes using Qiagen miREasy kit. These samples were then used for RNA sequencing analysis to get the miRNA profile.
