To investigate the miRNA differences in the exosomes released from cells after hOMF is activated by PDGF to become CAFs, and to clarify the regulatory role. Overall design: miRNA-seq data of CAFs-Exo and hOMF-Exo were analyzed and compared for gene expression profiling.
