Vaginal microbiota of Females with Vulvovaginal candidiasis in non-pregnant time and different trimester of gestational period

In this study, we evaluated the construction of vaginal microbiota with VVC infection in first, second and third trimester and non-pregnant period, estimate their diversity and exert function prediction. We want to find out the unique characteristic of VVC in pregnant and non-pregnant period for searching more effective treatment.
