genotype distribution compared to controls (all controls from Table 2) in
general as well as the amount of all carriers (allele positivity)
and the amount of homozygous carriers were subject to t- tests in
patients with ileal CD. Finally, results of the Armitage's
trend tests for verification of significant associations of the rare
T- variant are shown.
