This dataset contains the raw experimental data underlying the figures presented in the associated manuscript. Raw data files are provided as Excel spreadsheets and are named according to the figure panels used in the manuscript (e.g., Figure 2a-data). Each Excel file may contain the complete raw dataset used to generate one or multiple figure panels derived from the same experiment. Experimental timelines are provided as text files named according to the corresponding figure panels (e.g., Figure 2a-experimental steps). These files describe the sequence and timing of experimental steps (buffer exchanges or analyte injections). The described steps correspond directly to features observable in the raw sensorgrams.
