资源简介:
Pediatric nodal marginal zone lymphoma (PNMZL) is an unusual and poorly understood primary B-cell nodal neoplasms. Patients are predominantly young males presenting with localized disease. The tumor shows overlapping morphological features with pediatric-type follicular lympgoma. The alterations involved in the pathogenesis of PNMZL are not known. Overall design: The aim of this study was to perform a complete genetic characterization of PNMZL. Fifty-two cases (47 males and 5 females; mean age: 17.5 years, range 5-48) were analyzed by copy number (CN) array and next-generation sequencing analyses as whole-exome sequencing and targeted sequencing investigating the state of genes associated with close related entities like adult NMZL, pediatric-type and adult follicular lymphoma.
