资源简介:
Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) are a class of brominated flame retardants that can be detected broadly in both the environment and living organisms, and the 2,2',4,4'-tetrabromodiphenyl ether (BDE-47) is the predominant congener of them that has the stronger toxicity and bioaccumulation. However, the impacts of BDE-47 have so far been barely studied in the sea cucumber. Here, we detected the metabolic physiology of respiratory trees in sea cucumbers exposed to BDE-47 using a metabolomics approach. In total, we identify and characterize 42 potential metabolites based on positive and negative ion patterns through filtering the data by the t-test (P < 0.05) and OPLS-DA model (VIP > 1.0), and their levels differ significantly from the CT group in the groups that are exposed to BDE-47 (Table 1). The changed metabolites are included creatinine, norepinephrine, β-leucine, β-alanine, phenylethylamine, etc. Besides, the metabolites are mainly involved in the arginine and proline metabolism, protein digestion and absorption, beta-alanine metabolism, tyrosine metabolism, butanoate metabolism, and other metabolic pathways
