Hsd17b4 is a very important for beta oxidation. However, influence of hsd17b4 on gene expression in RAW 264.7 cells is unknown yet. In this study, the influence of hsd17b4 knockout on gene expression in RAW 264.7 cells was investigated. Differential gene expression between wild type and hsd17b4 knockouted RAW 264.7 cultured cells was measured, and infuence of treatment of LPS on these cells was investigated.
