资源简介:
Nineteen (19) localities were visited in each of the six (6) geo-political zones of Nigeria resulting in a total of 114 localities. These were selected based on probability proportional to size (PPS) after the ordering of the geographical locations. Lists of localities in Nigeria were provided by the National Population Commission (NPC). Data collection was based on the use of simple audit sheets. The focus of this phase of MAP (as contained in MAP Toolkit chapter) was to measure coverage and quality of coverage. The audit sheets were developed based on the information needed for calculating coverage and quality of coverage indicators. Data collected through the audit sheets were processed in SPSS (cleaned and checked for completeness by generating initial frequency tables). During analysis, variables for coverage and quality of coverage were constructed. The interpretation of results was based on the Lot Quality Assurance Sampling (LQAS) decision rule.
