PoIT 1645 - Locations

This dataset contains a list of all locations mentioned in 1645 year's gazette Post- och Inrikes Tidningar(Swedish for "Post and Domestic Times"). Each edition has gotten the location for where it were summarized marked. From the result one can for example visualize the diplomatic presence of Sweden in Hamburg, the Swedish control over Wismar, and the post station in Markaryd.<br>Not all editions has a location of summary marked. This is often caused by the summary being written from temporary military camps which locations remains unknown.<br><br>This dataset is based previous work found at oldnews.peterkrantz.se.
