本数据集围绕获得核酸肿瘤疫苗新药临床申请（IND）批件1-2项”（指标3.2）的研究目标构建，系统整合IND申报所需的关键研发证据链。该数据集主要包括以下四部分内容：（1）IND批次原辅料质量数据，包括原液及关键脂质辅料的检验结果；（2）IND样品检验数据，包括毒理批、IND批次LNP的关键质量属性检测；（3）稳定性研究数据，包括影响因素、加速稳定性与长期稳定性研究数据，系统考察IND批次样品在不同条件下关键质量属性随时间的变化趋势，为药品的有效期拟定及贮存条件确立提供支持；（4）药效学数据，包括体外抗原表达、体内抑瘤效应、肿瘤微环境免疫调节数据，为产品的生物学活性提供证据。所有实验均在经过验证的分析方法下进行，执行严格的质量控制，包括仪器校准、方法学验证、对照品使用及批次间一致性评估，确保数据的准确性、重现性与合规性。该数据集系统整合了从物理表征、化学分析到生物活性评价的完整证据链，为核酸肿瘤疫苗的IND申请构建了坚实、可审计的研发数据基础。
This dataset is constructed with the research goal of obtaining 1-2 New Drug Clinical Trial Application (IND) approvals for nucleic acid tumor vaccines (Indicator 3.2), and systematically integrates the key R&D evidence chain required for IND filings. The dataset mainly includes the following four parts: (1) Quality data of raw materials and excipients for IND batches, including test results of bulk solution and key lipid excipients; (2) Test data of IND samples, including key quality attribute tests of toxicology batches and IND batch LNP; (3) Stability study data, including stress testing, accelerated stability and long-term stability study data, which systematically investigates the changing trend of key quality attributes of IND batch samples over time under different conditions, providing support for the establishment of the drug's expiry date and storage conditions; (4) Pharmacodynamic data, including in vitro antigen expression, in vivo tumor inhibition effect, and tumor microenvironment immune modulation data, providing evidence for the biological activity of the product. All experiments were conducted using validated analytical methods, with strict quality control implemented, including instrument calibration, method validation, reference standard utilization, and batch-to-batch consistency evaluation, to ensure the accuracy, reproducibility and compliance of the data. This dataset systematically integrates the complete evidence chain from physical characterization, chemical analysis to biological activity evaluation, establishing a solid and auditable R&D data foundation for the IND filing of nucleic acid tumor vaccines.
