iGluSnFR3 Code and Data Supplement

This code and data supplement accompanies the manuscript "Glutamate indicators with improved activation kinetics and localization for imaging synaptic transmission", Abhi Aggarwal et al, Nature Methods, 2023 (BioRxiv preprint: https://doi.org/10.1101/2022.02.13.480251). Please see that work for details including a complete list of authors. The code can be run with Matlab 2020a and was tested with Windows 10.0.18363 Data files appear in multiple formats. We recommend Graphpad Prism for .pzfx files, Matlab for .mat and .m files, and ImageJ for .tiff files. No installation is required.
