This document contains a Final Regulatory Flexibility Analysis (FRFA) for the groundfish specifications in the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands for 2012 and 2013. This FRFA evaluates the expected adverse economic impacts on small entities of alternative proposed harvest specifications for the groundfish fisheries managed under the North Pacific Fishery Management Council’s Fishery Management Plan for Groundfish of the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands Management Area.
