VPRS 19073 Asset Divestment Folios

This series consists of folios of documents related to asset divestment projects created by the Port of Melbourne Authority. The folios cover four areas: Maritime Precinct at South Wharf, Shepherd Bridge on the Maribyrnong River, the World Trade Centre, and Newport Power Station.  The records for each divestment project are contained in separate folios. The folios primarily document survey activity of the area as required for divestment, including plans of the land, copies of titles, surveyor’s reports, and any research. There is also a small amount of correspondence.  These records were transferred to PROV from the Queenscliffe Maritime Museum.
