This dataset collects simulation and experimental data for the design, preparation and performance optimization of high-performance flexible piezoelectric composite devices from 2021 to 2024. The finite element models of rectangular, parallelogram and trapezoidal FPD devices were constructed by the improved periodic homogenization method. The modeling error was less than 5% compared with the exact model, and the equivalent simplified modeling of multi-material, multi-scale and multi-component FPD devices was realized. The large strain response and excellent electrofatigue stability of rectangular FPD were verified by piezoelectric performance test, and the high performance design of FPD device was realized.
