Differential transcriptome analysis between WT and hfq deletion mutant of Acinetobacter baumannii

This data set comprises of raw read files of a differential transcriptome analysis between wild-type and hfq deletion mutant strains of Acinetobacter baumannii ATCC17978 VU strains. The cells were grown in LB broth to mid log phase (OD 600 = 0.5) at 37 degree Celsius under shaking conditions (180 RPM). The total RNA was isolated and was sequenced by miBiome Therapeutics Pvt. Ltd. India. Comparative and statistical analyses were performed by MiBiome using iGeak v1.0a using the reference A. baumannii ATCC 17978 VU genome (National Center for Biotechnology Information [NCBI]: CP018664.1)
