This dataset contains comprehensive clinical and analytical data from a study investigating the safety and efficacy of a Dendrobium officinale and Panax quinquefolius compound formulation. The dataset includes pre- and post-intervention measurements from 201 participants, documenting fatigue symptoms, immune parameters, and quality of life metrics.

All data has been anonymized in compliance with privacy regulations. Missing values are marked as "NA".
