Low dimensional real Bott manifolds

The dataset consists of Digraph6 codes of those directed acyclic graphs, which correspond to the representatives of affine equivalence classes of real Bott manifolds in low dimensions by their defining (adjacency) matrices. The naming convention is as follows:

dimension-type.d6[.xz]

where type is one of the self-explanatory values: all, orientable, spinc, or spin.

The application that was used to generate the data is in the repository https://github.com/rlutowsk/spinc-bott. The source of the current version is also part of this data.

Note that some codes may correspond to graphs for which adjacency matrices are not strictly upper diagonal. To have this situation, one may compile and use the upperg tool.

Digraph6 codes may be handled, for example, in GAP with the usage of the Digraphs package.
