Agile development cost data

Software project cost is a key factor in the project process, with accurate estimation and control being crucial for ensuring timely completion and avoiding failure. However, agile development cost data is complex to collect, directly affecting the research of agile cost estimation techniques. This dataset includes cost data from 75 agile projects in a medium sized enterprise in Beijing, China. It covers project scale, team size, workload, and about 30 factors that impact project costs. The dataset comes from an enterprise and is essential research material.

软件项目成本是项目实施过程中的核心影响维度，精准的成本估算与管控对于保障项目按时交付、规避项目失败具有关键意义。然而，敏捷开发的成本数据采集难度较高，这直接制约了敏捷成本估算技术的相关研究。本数据集采集自中国北京一家中型企业的75个敏捷开发项目，涵盖项目规模、团队规模、工作量以及约30项影响项目成本的核心因素。该数据集来源于真实企业项目，是开展相关研究的重要基础资料。
