Balsam Poplar nuclear genomic SNP loci

These data are diploid SNP genotypes for 412 nuclear genomic regions in Populus balsamifera (balsam poplar). Individuals are grouped in Col A according to population of origin (pop = ""), and each row is a unique individual (e.g., individual 1 from pop "BOY" = "BOY01"). Each biallelic SNP is represented by 2 columns per individual. Alleles symbols are the nucleotide bases at that locus; missing data are represented as "?". Loci are labeled across row 1 and are named according to the transcript I.D. from the Populus trichocarpa genome.
