An art of the neutral

Unrestricted I am opposed to the finality of paradigmatic thinking and I seek to claim a space for art and politics to meet that is outside of the paradigm of the Western culture industry. This exploration is what I see as my personal journey as an artist. I do not wish to create a new paradigm but rather I wish to explore an area that I am calling an art of the Neutral. I use Roland Barthes' idea of the Neutral to propose the terms for an art where form, content, and means of dissemination become inextricably linked and thus safe from the co-optation of the dominant culture.
