In order to reveal the GITR/GITRL reversing signalling on liver progenitor cell, liver progenitor organoids were obtained and cultured from a Sox9(cre-ER)Rosa(TdTomato)GITRL(+/+) mouse and a Sox9(cre-ER)Rosa(TdTomato)GITRL(flox/flox) mouse. GITR-Fc (2ug/mL) was used to treat these liver progenitor organoids for 2 days.
