Transect processing code for "Distribution drivers in a globally invasive plant: climate dominates at large scales, human presence at local scales"

This dataset contains custom R scripts for measuring the presence of an invasive plant species (Lupinus polyphyllus) from timelapse footage of roadside transects. Two example transects are included for demonstration purposes; one with low lupine presence, one with high lupine presence.
