资源简介:
The Fire Perimeter Data focuses on the dynamics of individual fires. The fire perimeters are stored in txt file format, each line in the txt file represents a fire perimeter, and a txt file stores all sequential perimeters of a fire on its development timeline. For example, 2019-08-30{"type":"Polygon","coordinates":[[[46.7,44.4],...]]}, the first 10 characters 2019-08-30 indicates the observation time of this fire perimeter, and the rest characters is the Geojson string of corresponding fire perimeter, and each element [46.7,44.4] in the coordinates list is WGS84 coordinate of a vertex on the fire perimeter. We used Sentinel-2 L2A data, with a spatial resolution of 20 m, to develop the Fire Perimeter Data to track the evolution of 719 individual fires. Of these 719 fires, 442 fires were between 60° and 75°N in the main Eurasian Arctic study area, and the remaining 277 were located between 50° and 60°N in the high-latitude interior of the continent, south of the main study area. The remaining 51 fires were below 50°N. The processing codes of these txt files are provided in str2shp.py.
