Purpose: To compare the gene expression profiles of tumors with or without the infiltration of CD4+ T cells. BALB/c mice bearing AB1-HA murine mesothelionma were treated with PBS (n=6) or 100 ug anti-CD4 monoclonal antibody (n=6) on day -3, day 0 (day of innoculation) and day 7. Tumors were excised on day 9 and RNA extracted for sequencing.
