云南省普洱市-卫生-基因数据分析数据产品

本数据产品数据来源为普洱市医院信息系统数据，项目收集了普洱市66家医疗机构（5家三级医疗机构、30家二级医疗机构、31家一级及以下医疗机构）的全病历数据，涵盖病案首页、电子病历、检查检验报告、医嘱、费用明细、费用结算、医保结算等数据，再进行数据治理、加工形成高质量的医疗数据产品。本数据产品通过基因检测获取患者DNA序列数据，再结合临床疾病数据，进行数据清洗与比对，挖掘基因变异与疾病的关联，筛选出致病基因或风险位点。

This data product is sourced from the hospital information system data of Pu'er City. The project collected full medical record data from 66 medical institutions in Pu'er City, including 5 tertiary medical institutions, 30 secondary medical institutions, and 31 primary and below-level medical institutions. The collected data covers front pages of medical records, electronic medical records (EMR), examination and test reports, medical orders, expense details, expense settlement, and medical insurance settlement. Subsequently, data governance and processing were carried out to form this high-quality medical data product. Furthermore, this data product acquires patients' DNA sequence data via genetic testing, combines it with clinical disease data, performs data cleaning and alignment, explores the association between genetic variations and diseases, and screens out pathogenic genes or risk loci.
