The taxonomic relationships of the white-lipped tree frog (Polypedates leucomystax, Gravenhorst 1829) and related species have not been resolved yet. To provide the basic information for future taxonomic revision of this species, we sequenced the complete mitochondrial genome of P. leucomystax in Okinawa, Japan.
