Data and analysis code for: Preoperative inflammatory biomarkers for predicting postoperative atrial fibrillation after cardiac surgery: a systematic review and network meta-analysis of diagnostic accuracy

This record contains the data and the analysis code that support a systematic review and network meta-analysis of preoperative inflammatory biomarkers (C-reactive protein, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio and systemic immune-inflammation index) for predicting postoperative atrial fibrillation after cardiac surgery. The review was registered in PROSPERO (CRD420261354257). Contents: (1) Supplementary_Dataset_S1.xlsx, the full data extraction workbook (extracted study data and 2×2 tables, QUADAS-2 ratings, analysis input, cohort-overlap check, exclusion log, data dictionary and a log of every change made during revision); (2) analysis_input_v2.csv, the analysis input file (21 entries, of which 15 form the primary analysis); (3) POAF_NMA_analysis_code.zip, the Python analysis script, independent R scripts (netmeta and metafor) and the complete output logs, with a README. All data were extracted from published articles. No individual patient data are included.
