RESILIAGE Replication Toolbox content – information cards, step-by-step guides and resource index for replicating community resilience tools and solutions

This dataset holds the content of the RESILIAGE Replication Toolbox: the four disaster risk management categories, the 42 tools and solutions it presents, their key information cards (what the tool does, for whom, what must be adapted and what can be transferred directly, minimum requirements), 29 step-by-step user guides, and the index of 94 downloadable resources. It supports communities and practitioners outside the five CORE Labs who want to adapt and reuse RESILIAGE tools, methods and soft solutions. This dataset was produced within RESILIAGE – Advancing holistic understanding of community RESILIence and heritAGE drivers through community-based methodologies, a Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Action (grant agreement 101121231, topic HORIZON-CL3-2022-DRS-01-04, September 2023 – August 2026) coordinated by Politecnico di Torino. It belongs to the Replication Toolbox (Task 3.4) in Work Package 3 and is documented in deliverable D3.4. The content was written by the partners that own each tool or solution, edited by Politecnico di Torino and loaded into the Toolbox with the content pipeline of RESILIAGE-SW-08. It was exported from the Toolbox PostgreSQL database on 22 October 2026. The archive contains nine UTF-8 CSV tables (Category, Solution, InfoCard, InfoCardSection, UserGuide, GuideSection, GuideStep, SolutionFile, SectionFile), a plain-text PostgreSQL dump of the same data with its schema, and a README with the data dictionary. Long text fields use Markdown. The resource files listed in SolutionFile (about 1.1 GB of PDFs and videos) are not included, because several belong to other partners and carry their own licences (D7.3); they remain available from the Replication Toolbox and from their own records. Administrator accounts were removed before export, and the dataset contains no personal data.
