This study aim to assess the change of bacteria community structure during the growing season of Unterer Giglachsee (GIG) in dependence of change in local weather conditions. We mainly focus on two aspects: 1) describe the bacteria community structure of Unterer GIG; 2) investigate the effect of short-time changes in local weather conditions on bacteria community structure.
