This study collected 24 newly reclaimed agricultural soil samples under different management practices in Jiande area. Through 16S rRNA gene V4 region amplification (primers 515F/806R) and Illumina MiSeq sequencing, we analyzed the diversity and composition of soil microbial communities. The research aims to reveal the effects of different organic materials on soil microbial communities, explore the responses of community composition and metabolic potential to organic materials, and provide microbiological basis for soil quality management of newly reclaimed agricultural lands.
